Project: Companywide rebrand
Scope of Work: I joined CBDistillery in the summer of 2022 at a time when the business was in the early stages of a companywide rebrand. Coming in with fresh eyes and no preconceived notions or ingrained knowledge of the company’s existing product lines and processes put me in a great position to be able to contribute to the branding overhaul.
Over the course of the next 14 months, I helped to develop new customer personas, collaborated with our design and product teams on naming conventions and packaging for existing SKUs, helped bring new products to market, and created every stitch of customer-facing and internal content, inclusive of:
- Email marketing to a distribution list of more than 250,000 subscribers
- Social media content;
- Blog content to drive customer education, optimized for SEO;
- UX elements and landing pages on the e-commerce site;
- Product packaging;
- Retail sales enablement and customer education materials, and more.
